About
From an early age, I was drawn to the art of combining—specifically, creating food and beverage potions designed not just to taste delightful but to uplift, relax, and restore. I've always been a bit of a "kitchen witch" you could say.
And, for as long as I can remember, I’ve lived with generalized anxiety and major depression, migraine disease, and digestive challenges.
So I wanted to find a way to better support myself, others, and certainly, the environment, while enjoying one of the things I love most in life—and look forward to every day—COFFEE.
(To note: All of my maladies preceded my consumption of coffee.)
Inspired by chemistry, plant & ancestral wisdom, and the harmony in blending strengths, I created Stitchworks and its signature Integrated Coffee™—organic, shade-grown coffee infused with adaptogens, plants, and fungi to support holistic wellness.
Stitchworks’ blends are informed by my background in *herbalism, as well as indigenous wisdom and current scientific research. They are then formulated to support different body systems and challenges while satisfying daily coffee preferences and rituals.
The result is something unique and special. A taste that nods to the delicacy and nuance of a cup of herbal tea, bolstered by the rich and robust qualities of a pour-over coffee. It can feel so complete as it is that, for many, it eliminates the need to add sweeteners and creamers.
Integrated coffee™ also beckons a deeper relationship with your morning ritual, one that satiates at the first sip, invites your presence with each return, and leaves you feeling nourished, balanced, awake, and supported—however your day may unfold.
Not everything needs to be combined together, often things are excellent in their simplest form.
With integration, however, we can move toward:
1) a whole or more expanded experience;
2) an appreciation of the beauty and strength within the parts; and further,
3) a deeper knowing and acceptance rooted in what the parts can help us understand about ourselves and one another.
With Stitchworks, there’s a place and space for all of it.
