In March of 1983, a kitchen witch was born. And I've been drawn to concocting "potions" ever since. One of my absolute delights is creating beverages (& baked goods) to not only awaken the senses, but also and especially nowadays to uplift, relax, and restore.
And, for as long as I can remember, I've lived with anxiety, depression, migraine disease, and digestive challenges.
So I wanted to find a way to better support myself, or rather all of us, while enjoying something I love most in life—and on the daily—COFFEE.
(To note: All of my maladies preceded my consumption of coffee.)
Stitchworks™' blends are informed by my background in *herbalism, as well as indigenous wisdom and current scientific research. They are formulated to support different body systems and challenges while satisfying daily coffee preferences and rituals.
The result is a smooth taste that reminds of the delicacy and nuance of a cup of herbal tea while bolstered by the rich and robust qualities of a pour-over coffee. For many of us, the natural power of the beverage lessens the need for or desire to add sweeteners and creamers.
Integrated coffee™ also invites a deeper relationship with the coffee ritual, one that supports presence with each sip, and leaves you feeling nourished, balanced, awake, and supported—however your day may unfold.
I know that not everything needs to be combined together, often things are excellent in their simplest form.
With (plant & fungi) integration, however, I believe there's an opportunity to move toward: 1) a whole or more expanded experience; 2) an appreciation of the beauty and strength within the parts; and 3) a deeper knowing and acceptance rooted in what the parts can help us understand about ourselves and one another.
With Stitchworks™, there is space for all of it.
Love, Jax
