Shipping policy

We blend our brews fresh to order, Monday through Friday. Coffee orders are generally fulfilled within 3 business days and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping times range from 2-5 business days from the ship date. Please reach out to us at info@stitchworkscoffee.com for expedited shipping needs, at an additional cost. We do not currently offer same or next-day guaranteed shipping services.

We offer free shipping on all orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 currently receive a flat shipping rate of $10. 

 

If you need to modify a shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us with your order number (ex. #00076) at info@stitchworkscoffee.com

After you complete your purchase you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order number as well as your USPS tracking number. Visit the USPS website and input your tracking number to view the status of your shipment.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, or if your order never arrived despite tracking confirmation of delivery, please let us know so that we can make it right! Please contact us at info@stitchworkscoffee.com and be sure to include your name, order number, and shipping address.

Stitchworks does not currently ship internationally, but we look forward to letting you know when we expand to include our international community members.
